Your envelope is your first impression on many mailed pieces!
You want a professional look while also following the specifications given by the USPS.
Size
Envelopes come in many sizes. We can also do custom sizes, but here are some of the more common sizes:
#10 (4 1/8″ x 9 1/2″)
#9 (3/7/8″ x 8 7/8″)
6×9
9×12
10×13
A2 (4 3/8″ x 5 3/4″)
A6 (4 3/4″ x 6 1/2″)
A7 (5 1/2″ x 7 1/2″)
A9 (5 3/4″ x 8 3/4″)
Window or Regular
Do you need an address to show through the envelope from the letter inside? Then you need a window envelope.
Color or Black & White
You have the choice between a 1-color black envelope or you can go with different color options.
Offset or Digital
An offset envelope can use Pantone spot colors or print in black.
A digital envelope is printed in 4-color CMYK or in black.
Extras
For an extra charge you may choose to purchase “peel and seal” envelopes.
These envelopes have an adhesive strip to seal them instead of having to lick the envelope.
